Qualifications

• Previous experience with autistic children and young people or working within an additional needs environment is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of quality assurance, school improvement, leadership, safeguarding, compliance or operational management within education or related sectors is welcome.

• Lead on quality assurance activities across the school, including teaching and learning, pupil progress and outcomes, safeguarding, medication processes, risk assessments, compliance, policies and procedures, and the Teacher Assurance Toolkit.
