Job summary

Deloitte in London offers a BrightStart apprenticeship within Consulting’s Quality and Risk Management team. This rotational programme enables you to work across a range of teams, developing a broad skillset with a digital and AI-first mindset.

You will gain exposure to varied roles, including business transformation, data analytics, Generative AI, contract management, and more, with a fully funded qualification and paid study leave.

Qualifications

• You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum of 104 UCAS points (if gained after 2017 – or 260 if before) from your top 3 A-Levels.

Responsibilities

• Rotations may include: Business transformation — Deliver technology, business change and AI-enabled projects.
• Rotations may include: Data analytics — Use data and tools to identify and predict business risks.
• Rotations may include: Generative AI and agents — Help develop safe AI processes, controls and training.
• Rotations may include: Major deal support — Support bids and potential client deals with senior stakeholders and specialists.
• Rotations may include: Contract management — Support contracting and the management of client obligations.
• Rotations may include: Quality assurance — Help engagement leaders deliver work to the right standards.
• Rotations may include: Business operations — Support governance, reporting and the identification of bid and delivery risks.
• Rotations may include: Learning and communications — Create engaging risk education and communications.
• Rotations may include: Compliance and ethics — Support regulatory, ethical and firm standards.
• Rotations may include: Client Consulting (optional) — Gain experience on a suitable client engagement.
• Rotations may include: Firm-wide Quality, Risk & Security (optional) — Work on quality and risk matters across Deloitte.
