Job summary

Deloitte is offering a degree apprenticeship in Internal Audit & Change in the UK. You will study towards the BrightStart Level 7 ACA Standard apprenticeship and work on varied audits across industries. The role emphasises collaboration, learning, and client-facing development.

The programme combines office and home working in a hybrid model, with in-person induction and ongoing professional development support from project teams, mentoring, and a buddy system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 104 UCAS points from top 3 A-Levels (260 if before 2017).
• In this role you will study towards the BrightStart Level 7 ACA Standard apprenticeship.
• This is a degree apprenticeship; you must not have already completed a degree.
• You’ll need collaborative and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls, processes or functions.
• Run audits across multiple processes to understand business models and revenue generation.
• Design the future control environment for an organisation and provide improvements.
• Offer recommendations to enhance risk mitigation and assurance approaches.
• Advise clients on assurance strategies and governance.
• Help build or embed a new internal audit function within a client.
• Participate in workshops to diagnose client problems; may align with tech, cyber, or data analytics teams.
