Job summary

The International Baccalaureate in Cardiff offers an 18-month graduate programme with three six-month rotations across operational functions to support high-quality assessment services. You will contribute to performance planning, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration while developing expertise in operations, quality assurance and planning.

Attendance at onboarding weeks in The Hague is required in January 2027 and October 2027, with travel and accommodation funded by IB.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or equivalent in Business, Operations Management or Data Analytics.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental objectives through operational, analytical, administrative and project activities.
• Gather, analyse and interpret information to support decision-making and business improvement.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for departmental requirements.
• Support quality assurance, evaluation, audits and reviews to evidence operational effectiveness.
• Support development and maintenance of operational plans, schedules and resource forecasts.
• Participate in AI-enabled innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete objectives and deliverables associated with each departmental rotation.
