Job summary

CMR Surgical Ltd. is seeking a senior Operations Quality leader to drive quality, safety and regulatory compliance across supply chain, manufacturing, test, logistics, repair and service.

You will develop the team, strengthen prevention, improve conformity and reduce costs while maintaining strict QMS controls. Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will lead inspection, assurance and nonconformance activities, collaborate with Operations Engineering, Production and Repair, and

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in team management and development.
• Experience developing cross-functional problem management systems and root‑cause investigations.
• Inspection, measurement equipment and statistical expertise.
• Strong communication, relationships and influence with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Quality, align accountability and resources with objectives and standards.
• Lead inspection, release and risk-based processes across supply chain, manufacturing, test, logistics, repair and service.
• Oversee lifecycle nonconformance, product issues and CAPA with timely root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Operations Engineering, Production and Repair on risk management and process controls.
• Maintain QMS controls, audit readiness, records, documents and training effectiveness.
• Escalate risks within delegated Quality authority and ensure data integrity.
