From medication deliveries to specialist clinical nursing support, including injection training and the administration of IV and infusion therapies, we are dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and convenient for those who need it most.

Supporting over 240,000 patients across a wide range of therapy areas, our experienced and compassionate teams work with individuals living with both rare and more common conditions. If you are passionate about making a real difference and are looking for a role with purpose, where your work has a positive impact on patients' everyday lives, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the pharmacovigilance function by liaising with pharmaceutical company representatives, patients, healthcare professionals and internal colleagues to record safety and product quality information accurately.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered, tracked and filed appropriately within relevant systems.
  • Support AE, PQC and MI reconciliation activities with third parties, escalating discrepancies or overdue items to the Patient Safety Lead or PV Manager.
  • Assist with the investigation of process deviations, late reports and reconciliation errors under guidance from the Patient Safety Lead or PV Manager.
  • Support source data verification and quality checks as defined by SOPs to help maintain compliance and data integrity.
  • Monitor the pharmacovigilance inbox and internal reports, ensuring information is triaged, actioned or escalated within required timeframes.
  • Complete pharmacovigilance follow-up requests and reports, seeking guidance where clarification or escalation is required.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with the preparation of information for internal and external PV audits.
  • Performance monitoring — supporting KPIs, metrics, and compliance reporting.
  • Motivating, coaching and mentoring direct reports.
