Job summary

HealthNet Homecare Limited is seeking a Quality Officer to join our PV Team. You will support pharmacovigilance activities, liaising with pharmaceutical representatives, healthcare professionals and internal colleagues to record safety information accurately.

In this role, you will process adverse events, PQCs, and MI queries in line with SOPs and reporting timelines, while maintaining compliant PV processes and audit readiness. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and safe patient reporting.
• Experience in NHS, pharmacy homecare or healthcare/pharmacy setting desirable.
• Experience following SOPs and defined processes in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and quality management systems desirable.
• Strong administrative skills with confidential records management.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacovigilance by recording safety and product quality information with stakeholders.
• Process adverse events, PQCs and MI queries in line with SOPs and reporting timelines.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions to support patient safety and PV processes.
• Prepare PV procedures and work instructions to aid PV processes.
• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
• Support reconciliation with third parties and escalate discrepancies.
• Assist investigations of deviations and late reports under guidance.
• Support data verification and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor PV inbox and internal reports for triage and escalation.
• Complete follow-up requests and reports with guidance when needed.
• Assist audit readiness with documentation and information preparation.
• Performance monitoring—support KPIs, metrics and compliance reporting.
• Motivating, coaching and mentoring direct reports.
