Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Wakefield is hiring a Micro and Quality Analyst to join a fast-paced, highly automated site. The role covers laboratory sampling, quality testing, microbiological analysis and sensory evaluations to ensure products meet specifications.

You will support production teams, investigate quality issues, calibrate equipment and help maintain safety and hygiene standards. The position offers shift patterns (days and nights), development opportunities, and a range of

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related scientific discipline.
• Understanding of laboratory processes, microbiological testing, food manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret, record and communicate technical data.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other standard IT systems.
• A positive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• The flexibility to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out laboratory sampling, quality testing, microbiological analysis and sensory evaluations to ensure products consistently meet specification.
• Providing technical and quality support to production teams, helping to identify, investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintaining laboratory standards through equipment calibration, routine checks and accurate recording of technical data.
• Supporting food safety, health and safety, environmental and hygiene standards across the site, helping to create a safe and compliant working environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments, participating in shift handovers and contributing to effective communication across the operation.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting best practice and helping the team deliver operational excellence.
