Job summary

Kingscroft Professional Resources is seeking a Quality Manager for a high volume manufacturing environment. You will drive quality control, waste reduction and continuous improvement, delivering process and system-led enhancements that meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with IATF16949, ISO9001 and related standards, plus a track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve cost reductions and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cost, waste, continuous improvement and quality control.
• Experience with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001 and ISO45001.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality Control, Waste Elimination, and Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
• Ensure full compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001 and ISO45001.
• Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System.
• Develop and implement robust control methods and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive waste reduction initiatives using Lean tools, Kaizen events, and 6S discipline.
• Identify sources of scrap and implement corrective actions to minimise waste.
• Ensure customer expectations are anticipated, understood, and fully met.
• Play a key part in the Senior Management Team
• Help to deliver successful New Product Introduction programmes on new and modified products.
