A leading multidisciplinary building safety consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Façade Engineering Manager to lead its growing technical division. With a strong pipeline of complex remediation, façade and structural projects across the UK, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business at the forefront of building safety and technical consultancy.
As a Façade Engineering Manager, you'll provide technical leadership across a multidisciplinary team of façade specialists, structural engineers, consultants, graduates and CAD/Revit technicians. You'll oversee the successful delivery of projects spanning residential, commercial, healthcare, education and public sector developments while helping shape technical standards and drive best practice.
This is a senior leadership position combining technical expertise, project delivery, commercial awareness and team development. You'll lead façade and structural services from investigation through to remediation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the latest legislation and industry standards.
Working alongside fire engineers, architects, contractors and Principal Designers, you'll play a key role in delivering Building Safety Act compliance, façade remediation programmes and innovative technical solutions on high-profile projects nationwide.
You'll already have significant experience within façade and/or structural disciplines and be confident leading technical teams while managing complex projects.
Chartered status, or working towards Chartership with a recognised professional institution, would be advantageous but is not essential.
