Omexom in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the implementation and oversight of quality assurance across projects in the business unit. The role emphasises ISO 9001 compliance, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Travel to sites is required (about 50%), with regular engagement with management to ensure quality is integrated into planning, delivery, and tendering activities.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar quality role in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 and managing non-conformances.
• Strong audit and analytical capabilities.

Mansioni

• Act as the focal point for all quality-related matters across assigned projects.
• Support the implementation and compliance of the Omexom Management System and ISO 9001 standards.
• Assist project teams in developing and applying Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring they are followed and documented.
• Ensure appropriate levels of quality surveillance, inspection, and control are applied throughout project execution.
• Attend and support monthly Business Unit board meetings.
• Provide quality input to operational and tendering teams to embed quality in planning and bids.
• Deliver quality awareness training and mentor quality advisors.
