Job summary

Mallows Bottling & Beverages in South Wales (Tonyrefail) is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality control and assurance across blending, bottling and packaging. The role focuses on maintaining BRCGS compliance and leading audits.

You will develop policies, investigate non-conformances, implement CAPAs, train staff, and collaborate with production, operations and supply chain to drive continuous improvement and ensure product safety.

Qualifications

• Proven background in quality management within food/beverage FMCG.
• Experience with BRCGS, HACCP, and retail standards.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and RCA.
• Documentation, SOPs, and quality policy development.
• Effective cross-functional communication and training.
• On-site work in fast-paced beverage production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control and quality assurance across blending, bottling and packaging operations.
• Develop and maintain quality policies; lead audits and manage non-conformances.
• Investigate root causes; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Train team members on quality procedures and maintain the quality management system.
• Collaborate with production, operations and supply chain to monitor performance and drive improvements.
