KFF is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Quality Manager to join the team based at our Aylesford depot, reporting to the Head of Distribution Quality Control.
As the Quality Manager, you will oversee the KFF wholesale distribution depot at Aylesford and a small manufacturing facility (4 staff). Your responsibility is to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, and legal standards through the implementation, monitoring, and auditing of a Quality Management System.
Important: The expected start date for this role is 1st July 2025.
To succeed, you must hold a full clean Drivers Licence. Ideally, you will have a Food Science Technology degree (or equivalent), and be HACCP and Internal/Lead Auditor qualified. This role suits a Junior Quality Manager or a Quality Manager looking to advance their career in food production. You should have demonstrable manufacturing experience, knowledge of relevant food safety legislation, QMS, BRC standards, and auditing skills. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills are essential. You should be detail-oriented, persistent, and capable of seeing tasks through to completion.
