You will be a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes across the region. In partnership with your Regional Director, you'll support care home managers to deliver excellent service, high standards, and strong leadership. Your responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and supporting Home Managers, monitoring service quality, conducting audits, and collaborating with the quality team to develop improvement plans.
