Advinia Healthcare - Quality Manager (Registered Nurse preferred)

Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Quality Manager, preferably a Registered Nurse, based in the Oxford/London area to oversee our Care Homes in the South.

Coverage Areas:

• London
• Oxford

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Framework, maintaining standards of Good Clinical Governance, safety netting, and best practices.
• Conduct audits, process information, recommend actions, and highlight best practices. Audits will include all aspects of patient care such as results, post-operative care, and onward referrals.
• Perform regular quality consultation audits and report findings and outcomes.
• Carry out scheduled quality audits as per the annual plan.
• Promote continuous improvement in the quality and safety of patient services.
• Lead monthly analysis and reporting of quality assurance metrics.
• Foster an organizational culture that recognizes issues of quality, risk, and patient safety, adhering to policies and protocols. Champion awareness at all levels.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a home or care setting.
• Experience in turnaround, quality improvement, and regional operations.
• Extensive knowledge of residential/nursing home environments.
• RGN qualification (preferred).
• Ability to critically analyze data, solve problems, and influence others through negotiation.
