I am working with an FMCG manufacturing client specialising in sustainable products, who are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join their site in Northampton.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Operations Manager
• Managing costs of the department
• KPI management within the team
• Driving demands – Quality, Hygiene, Policies and managing investigations
• Driving ISO9001 and BRC standards for packaging
• Liaising with customers and organising site visits
• Conducting supplier audits, managing audits and quality meetings
• Reporting feedback on customer complaints
• Conducting monthly meetings with the quality department regarding data performance
• Implementation of inspection and testing processes

To be considered for this position, ideally, you will come from a packaging or plastics background within a similar position.
