Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding installation quality, addressing concerns or complaints and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing installation efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on the status of installation quality, key performance indicators (KPIs), issues, and resolutions to senior management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
