Job summary

Escape Recruitment is supporting a manufacturing business in Scotland to appoint a Senior Quality Manager. You will lead established quality functions and influence overall performance through robust quality systems and continuous improvement.

You will oversee quality teams, develop and implement quality strategies, manage compliance and audits, and collaborate with production, engineering and operations to deliver lasting improvements.

Senior Quality Manager

Escape Recruitment is supporting a manufacturing business who is looking to strengthen their Quality leadership team with the appointment of experienced Quality Manager.

This position offers the opportunity to lead established Quality functions whilst influencing wider business performance through strong leadership, continuous improvement and robust Quality Management Systems.

You'll be responsible for leading quality teams, developing quality strategies, maintaining compliance, managing audits and working closely with production, engineering and operational teams to deliver lasting improvements across the business.

We're looking for people who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Quality Management leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
• Experience leading internal and external audits
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills
