Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of quality systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve quality management systems, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
2. Define and implement company-wide quality standards, procedures, and KPIs.
3. Oversee supplier quality assurance and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
4. Lead quality training and development across teams.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a senior quality role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing — pharma, cosmetics, medical devices, or personal care is preferred.
2. Qualifications in Quality Management and Risk Management (required).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Working knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and BRCGS.
