Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Quality Manager for our Dundee site. This leadership role sits on the Site Leadership Team, giving you real influence over how quality is embedded in the business rather than simply maintained.

You will lead the Quality function, drive strategic and operational initiatives, and engage with customers on quality matters. A strong quality management background and extensive leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years' progressive experience in Quality roles within regulated manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years' leadership experience managing Quality teams, including leading managers
• Demonstrated experience leading and maintaining Quality Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality function and align with business standards.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Quality teams including engineers, auditors, inspectors.
• Act as primary customer contact on quality matters including escalations and corrective actions.
• Establish and continuously improve the Quality Management System for regulatory and customer compliance.
• Lead internal, external and customer audits with effective preparation and closure of findings.
• Drive structured problem-solving using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
