Quality Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a growing technology company based in Cambridge.

As the Quality Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Product and take responsibility for ensuring business processes and New Product Introduction (NPI) flow meet the required standards to deliver Automotive Quality Products. You will also be responsible for preparing appropriate documentation, such as PPAP submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality processes across NPI and high-volume production
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards
• Prepare documentation including PPAP, FMEDA, and other automotive quality engineering requirements
• Work closely with external partners and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards

Experience Required:

• Proven background in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Hands-on experience managing quality through NPI to mass production
• Deep understanding of semiconductor/electronics product quality
• Knowledge of reliability methods and standards
• Experience with automotive quality engineering, including FMEDA and PPAP preparation
