Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager at our Head Office in Banbridge. You will lead the Quality team, drive Lean-based process improvements and ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory and internal quality standards.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Planning, Technical, and Supply Chain, you will develop people, enforce data-driven decision making, manage audits, and oversee management systems to deliver sustained operational excellence.

What You’ll be Doing

The role involves leading and developing the quality function across the business unit, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership and effective decision-making to ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory and business requirements. It requires using data and performance insights to identify trends, strengthen quality controls and preventative actions, and drive continual improvement through lean techniques and effective resource allocation. The position also focuses on coaching, mentoring and developing quality professionals to build capability, while working closely with customers, suppliers and third-party inspectors to support audits, maintain compliance with quality standards and management systems, and deliver successful outcomes. In partnership with leadership teams, the role will support business growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
