Job summary
Wessex Water Services in Saltford is seeking a Quality Management Assistant to join our Scientific Centre. You will support proficiency testing, analytical quality control, auditing, document control and validation trials, reporting to the Quality Manager.
A degree in science is required; microbiology experience and strong communication skills are preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
Qualifications
- Degree in a science subject, preferably with Microbiology experience.
- Methodical, accurate and attentive with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to promote good team relationships.
Responsibilities
- Involved in optimising and maintaining all aspects of quality management, including proficiency testing and analytical quality control.
- Auditing, document control and advising on validation trials.
