Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Quality Manager to own quality performance across our Bath manufacturing site. You will lead the quality function, collaborating with Operations and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on maintaining ISO9001 compliance and improving product quality. The successful candidate will drive reductions in DPPM and NCR rates, increase first-pass yield, and deliver lasting manufacturing and supply

Qualifications

• Strong quality leadership experience within an engineered manufacturing business.
• Detailed understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE best practices.
• Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality function and champion continuous improvement.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ensure ISO9001 compliance.
• Drive improvements to reduce DPPM and NCR rates and improve first-pass yield.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to deliver operational excellence.
