Job summary

Rotork is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for its Bath manufacturing site. You will report to the Plant Manager, lead the quality function, and partner with Operations and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will maintain the Quality Management System, ensure ISO9001 compliance, and champion a safety-first culture while reducing DPPM and NCR rates and increasing first-pass yield.

Qualifications

• Strong quality leadership experience within an engineered manufacturing business.
• Detailed understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE best practices.
• Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality function and own quality performance across the Bath manufacturing site.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ensure ISO9001 compliance; champion safety culture.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce DPPM and NCR rates, and improve first-pass yield.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to deliver operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain.
