Job summary

Rotork is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager for its Bath manufacturing site. You will own the quality performance, lead the quality function, and partner with Operations and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will maintain the Quality Management System, ensure ISO9001 compliance, reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, and champion a culture where quality and safety come first across manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong quality leadership experience within an engineered manufacturing business.
• Detailed understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE best practices.
• Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality function and drive continuous improvement across Operations and Engineering.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ISO9001 compliance.
• Champion a culture where safety comes first and improve product quality.
• Reduce DPPM and NCR rates and increase first-pass yield across manufacturing and supply chain.
