Smurfit Westrock in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Quality/Compliance professional to lead quality governance and drive improvement across the site. You will work with production and support teams to uphold GMP, customer satisfaction, and accreditation readiness.

The role requires minimum 5 years in a senior quality role, knowledge of accredited standards, and proven change leadership. You will mentor the QA team, manage CAPA, and support audits while seeking cost efficiencies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quality role at a senior or management level.
• Experience with GMP, FSC or other accreditation standards.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Support Regional Quality Manager and site Leadership in quality governance and product safety.
• Lead meetings and provide KPI analysis to support business decisions.
• Review and improve quality systems and SOPs to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage customer interactions and run the customer complaint process, CAPA and root cause investigations.
• Recruit, develop and manage a Quality team that supports the business needs.
