Job summary

Circle Decontamination in Aylesford is seeking a Quality Lead to join the team on a full-time basis. The role covers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern and a salary capped at £37,547.28 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The post involves leading a dedicated decontamination team, ensuring top quality and strict compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and delivering a first-class service to operating departments and clinical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Theatre clinical experience.
• Experience in sterile services/endoscopy decontamination is desirable.
• Experience with audits and compliance checking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the sterile services unit delivers high-quality products.
• Maintain full compliance with quality delivery to customers.
• Provide leadership to Supervisors, Team Leaders, Technicians and staff.
• Support decontamination, checking, packing, sterilization and delivery of equipment.
• Be the unit’s first point of contact for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain processes for reporting Non-Conformances and audits.
• Ensure all audits and documentation meet the Quality System requirements.
• Comply with mandatory training requirements.
