Job summary
Refresco is seeking a Quality Technician at our Bondgate Refresco site in England. The role supports quality improvement and the right-first-time agenda, ensuring products are manufactured safely and compliantly while facilitating launches of new customers, products, and processes into manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Experience with GMP, hygiene, QC compliance and audits.
- Ability to investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
- Experience facilitating launches of new products into manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities by conducting GMP, hygiene and QC audits.
- Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate quality verification including sampling, traceability, HACCP reviews.
- Support launches of new products and processes into manufacturing.
- Support continuous improvement and training for operations teams.
- Promote health, safety, hygiene and environmental practices across the site.
