Job summary

Refresco UK is seeking a senior Head of Process and Quality Assurance to own the Quality and Food Safety framework across our UK operations. You will drive governance, continuous improvement and a quality culture, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and regulatory obligations.

You will lead cross-site quality teams, manage FSQMS governance, auditor relationships, and supplier QA, delivering strategic leadership on food safety and quality across the UK network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA and food-safety systems in FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GFSI standards and regulatory obligations.
• Proven ability to drive quality governance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the FSQMS for Refresco UK across all sites.
• Lead supplier QA and internal/external audits with strong CAPA closure.
• Coach sites on food safety culture and continuous improvement.
