Are you a quality assurance expert with a drive for continuous improvement? Do you have a passion for ensuring excellence in education and training? We are looking for a Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning to take charge of driving high standards across our apprenticeship programmes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
  • Inspire and manage a team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
  • Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.
