Salary: £42,169 - £43,033 per annum

A leading further education provider in Cambridge is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee and enhance the delivery of apprenticeship programmes across Carpentry, Brickwork, and Maintenance Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on learner outcomes while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
About the role:
Working closely with the Work-Based Learning Manager, you will lead a team of assessors, ensuring apprenticeship programmes consistently exceed key performance indicators. You will monitor delivery quality, provide strategic interventions, and use data analysis to drive improvements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
