Job summary

Engineering @365 is seeking Quality Inspectors in Leicester for immediate starts. The role focuses on ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch, with pay £12.71/hr rising to £13.00/hr after 12 weeks.

You will inspect products, report faults, and follow health and safety procedures. Training at Daventry site (around 3 weeks) is provided; a full UK driving licence is essential, and travel may be required. Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00 with some Fridays off.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.

• Previous quality inspection experience is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.

Quality Inspector - Immediate Starts

£12.71 per hour (rising to £13.00 per hour after 12 weeks)

Monday to Friday | between 07:00 - 16:00 (options)

Some Fridays off (depending on workload)

365 People are currently recruiting Quality Inspectors for a well-established client in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals looking for long‑term, ongoing work with a pay increase after 12 weeks.

The Role

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring products meet the required quality standards before being dispatched.

• Inspecting products for defects and quality issues.
• Identifying and accurately reporting faults.
• Restoring products to their original condition where required.
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Following all health & safety and quality procedures.
• Handling small components such as nuts and bolts (no heavy manual lifting).

Training

Your initial training will take place between at the Daventry site for around 3 weeks and candidates must be comfortable making this commute.

Please note:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
• The first 30 minutes of travel is unpaid.
• Any travel time exceeding 30 minutes will be paid.
