Job summary

EMBS Engineering in Leicester is recruiting a Quality Inspector on a permanent basis to join a team delivering high-precision components for aerospace and related sectors. The role is based on an hourly rate with a shift premium and requires hands-on inspection using verniers, micrometres and calipers.

The candidate will be responsible for first-off, stage and final inspections, identifying NCRs, and ensuring dimensional accuracy against engineering drawings. UK residency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Quality Inspection.
• Experience inspecting machined components for high-profile industries such as Aerospace/Defence/Motorsport/Automotive/Oil & Gas/Nuclear/Petrochemical.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using imperial measurements.
• Knowledge of performing first-off, stage and final inspection.
