Red Bull Powertrains is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector for ERS components in Milton Keynes. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections on high-precision assemblies, raise non-conformance reports, and ensure data accuracy in our systems.

Experience in automotive, motorsport, or aerospace environments is highly valued. The role operates Mon-Fri 14:00-22:30 with on-site facilities including gym and meals; a competitive salary and benefits are on offer as part of Red Bull Powertrains’

• Previous experience in a quality inspection role, ideally in Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace, Electronics Manufacturing or precision engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience inspecting complex high-precision components and assemblies, such as motors, power electronics, battery systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T and IPC 600 / 610 & J standards would be advantageous.

In this role, you will play a critical part in assuring the quality of cutting-edge Energy Recovery System (ERS) components that are fundamental to the performance, efficiency and reliability of our 2026 Formula One power unit. Working with highly complex electrical and mechanical assemblies, your expertise will help ensure that every component meets the exacting standards required to compete at the very front of Formula One. As part of our ambitious journey, you will contribute directly to the delivery of world-class energy recovery technology, supporting innovation, precision and performance at every stage of development and production.**Shift**– Mon-Fri 14:00 - 22:30You will carry out dimensional and visual inspection activities for the supply of Energy Recovery components. This challenging position requires effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, sound judgement, the ability to maintain production efficiency, and most importantly, an unwavering commitment to quality and continuous improvement.To be successful, you will have previous experience within a similar quality inspection role, ideally within Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace, Electronics Manufacturing or precision engineering environments.
