Job summary

Spincraft ETG Limited is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their precision engineering team in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role involves inspecting finished parts, performing in-process quality checks and supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with customer and industry standards, participate in 5S audits and uphold documentation control within a lean manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting finished parts and in-process checks.
• Familiarity with aerospace/precision engineering quality standards (AS9100).
• Experience logging and tracing certifications in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect certification of goods in, goods out, sub contract work and all purchased parts.
• Conduct in-process and finished goods quality certification.
• Log certificates and related data into ERP system.
