Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Quality Inspector (Weld & NDT) to uphold quality standards within manufacturing environments. You will inspect materials inwards, review documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and project requirements.

The ideal candidate holds CSWIP 3.1 certification, with PCN Level 2 in PT & RI preferred, and experience in nuclear, MOD, or heavy fabrication.

Qualifications

• CSWIP 3.1 certified is essential.
• PCN Level 2 in PT & RI highly desirable.
• Experience within Nuclear, MOD or Heavy Fabrication is highly advantageous.
• Permanent employment is offered.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections to ensure material at goods inwards meet the required standards.
• Control and manage ITP's (inspection test plans).
• Liaise with sub-contractors and treatment works to carry out inspections of sites.
• Visit suppliers and produce relevant inspection reports.
• Utilise your Welding inspection and NDT knowledge to ensure work is completed to a safe and high standard in compliance with company and ISO standards are followed.

Pay and Working Conditions:

• Pay rate: £33.31 per hour + Overtime + £1541 monthly allowances.
• Location: Bridgewater, Hinkley Point C.
• Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, with overtime available.
• Shift Pattern: 10 on, 4 off rotation.
