Quality Inspector

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000

With multiple sites across the UK, they focus on delivering high-quality components to major aerospace and defence customers. They are now looking to add an experienced Quality Inspector to their team.

Quality Inspector - Role & Responsibilities

1. Perform first-off, final, and first article inspections of CNC machined components and fully assembled products.
2. Work from technical drawings.
3. Identify errors and inconsistencies in workshop.
4. Use CMMs and a range of hand-held and electronic measuring tools.
5. Manage and maintain internal and external calibration systems.
6. Support and monitor root cause and corrective actions for quality issues.
7. Carry out internal quality reviews and QMS audits.
