Key Responsibilities:
- First-Off and Roving Inspection: Conduct inspections of manufactured components to meet stringent quality standards.
- Final QA Sign-Off: Perform final sign-offs on manufactured and assembled components, ensuring top-quality products.
- Utilise Gauging Equipment: Use gauges, callipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and CMMs for precision.
- CNC Machining Knowledge: Apply your understanding of CNC machining and engineering practices to uphold quality.
- Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- ISO9001 Compliance: Use your ISO9001 Quality Management Systems experience to enhance quality processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in using standard gauging equipment and CMMs.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and engineering practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience working under an ISO9001 Quality Management System.
