Job summary

Staffpower Group is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our client’s team. You will drive the QA process, ensuring products meet stringent standards before delivery.

A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of food safety protocols will support continuous improvement in a safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities include conducting detailed inspections, recording results, reporting non-conformances, and maintaining quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing production environments.
• Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication for reporting findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and product safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed visual inspections and checks in accordance with documented procedures.
• Examine completed and in-process work to identify defects, discrepancies, or areas requiring attention.
• Use a range of inspection and measurement equipment accurately and safely.
• Record inspection results clearly and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances in a timely manner.
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat occurrences.
• Ensure inspection activities are completed within required timescales.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
• Follow all company procedures relating to quality, health and safety, and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas for improving quality and efficiency.
