Job summary

Staffpower Group are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our client’s dynamic team. You will conduct detailed inspections and ensure compliance with documented procedures, contributing to safety and quality across all products.

The role requires strong analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with colleagues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-site shifts run 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing production environments.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards quickly and accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to product safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed visual inspections and checks in accordance with documented procedures.
• Examine completed and in-process work to identify defects, discrepancies, or areas requiring attention.
• Use inspection and measurement equipment accurately and safely.
• Record inspection results clearly and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances in a timely manner.
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat occurrences.
• Ensure inspection activities are completed within required timescales.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
• Follow all company procedures relating to quality, health and safety, and operational standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas for improving quality and efficiency.
