Job summary

Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a supportive manufacturing business in Diss for a Quality Inspector.

You'll inspect materials and products, record results and help ensure quality meets customer specifications. The role offers training, a fixed 37.5-hour week with rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) and a salary of £25,000 plus a performance-linked bonus. This is a hands-on role to build solid quality skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, products during production and finished goods.
• Carry out measurements and quality inspections.
• Approve first off products before production begins.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Monitor production standards and highlight any issues.
• Support investigations into quality concerns where required.
• Work closely with production colleagues to maintain quality standards.

Working across the production environment, you'll help ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Inspecting incoming materials, products during production and finished goods

• Recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation

• Supporting investigations into quality concerns where required
