Proman is seeking a Quality Inspector for a leading manufacturer in the automotive and construction equipment sector. Immediate starts and temp-to-perm opportunities are available, with 07:00–16:00 Monday to Friday and on-site work in the UK.

The role focuses on inspecting products to meet the highest quality standards and progressing within the business based on performance and attendance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out visual and functional inspections on construction equipment and components
• Identifying faults and completing rework in line with technical instructions
• Recording inspection results accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and site procedures
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Travelling to other company locations when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, assembly, engineering, or rework
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• Paint inspection
• Weld inspection
• Abrasive wheel or grinding operations
• Lifting equipment
• Testing equipment
• Automotive, engineering, or construction equipment manufacturing

Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
