PROMAN is recruiting a Quality Inspectors on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Stoke-on-Trent. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, assembly or rework who are looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring construction equipment and components meet required quality standards before reaching customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out detailed visual and functional inspections
  • Identifying defects and completing rework activities in line with technical instructions
  • Recording inspection findings accurately
  • Following quality processes and operating procedures
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Supporting production teams to achieve quality and customer requirements
  • Travelling to other company locations when business needs require
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, engineering or rework environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Experience using hand and power tools

Flexibility to work a range of shifts

Full UK Driving Licence

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Advantageous Experience

While not essential, experience in any of the following would be beneficial:

  • Paint inspection
  • Weld inspection
  • Grinding or abrasive wheel operations
  • Lifting equipment
  • Testing equipment
  • Automotive, engineering or construction equipment manufacturing

Full training is provided for the right candidates.
