Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Carterton is seeking a Quality Inspector for a 12-month contract. You will inspect finished components and assemblies to aerospace standards, ensuring traceability and compliance with QMS.

Work with a market-leading Defence and Aerospace client, perform inspections using pre-set plans, raise discrepancies, and maintain batch records to support airworthiness requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting finished products to aerospace standards.
• Experience maintaining material batches and manufacturer traceability.

Responsabilités

• Receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components and assemblies using pre-set inspection plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, airworthiness control plans, and quality management system requirements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure conformance with MAA/FAA/EASA Part 145 specifications and established quality standards.
• Maintain material batch and manufacturer traceability information.
• Issue Discrepancy Reports and assist in resolving customer complaints and supplier quality problems.
• Document and record non-conformance process issues concerning business operations.
• Represent the Quality Management Department during internal meetings, working committees, and modification programs.

• Receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components and assemblies using pre-set inspection plans
• Ensure compliance with all associated quality procedures, airworthiness control plans, and quality management system requirements
• Using aerospace knowledge and expertise to inspect finished products, thereby ensuring conformance with MAA/FAA/EASA Part 145 specifications and established quality standards
• Maintain material batch and manufacturer traceability information
• Issue Discrepancy Reports and assist in the resolution of customer complaints and Supplier quality problems
• Document and record non-conformance process issues concerning business operations
• Represent the Quality Management Department during internal meetings, working committees, and modification programs
