Line Up Aviation's client is seeking a Quality Inspector for a 12-month contract, onsite at Brize Norton. The role pays £29.44 per hour via umbrella, inside IR35, with 35 hours per week and a requirement for full SC clearance before starting.

You will inspect complex components, ensure compliance with airworthiness plans and QMS, and maintain traceability and documentation throughout the process.

Competenze

• Experience performing quality inspections in aerospace/aviation environments.
• Experience receiving and evaluating components.
• Aviation experience is required or highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Receive and inspect complex components and assemblies per inspection plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, airworthiness control plans, and QMS requirements.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to Part 145 and customer requirements.

Our client has an opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join them on a 12-month contract with possible extension.

Role: Quality Inspector

Location: Brize Norton - fully onsite

Hourly Rate: £29.44 per hour via an umbrella company, inside IR35

Hours: 35 per week

Clearance: Full SC required before starting

What you'll be doing:

• Receipt and evaluation inspections of complex components and assemblies using pre-set inspection plans
• Ensure compliance with all associated quality procedures, airworthiness control plans, and quality management system requirements
• Using aerospace knowledge and expertise to inspect finished products, thereby ensuring conformance with MAA/FAA/EASA Part 145 specifications and established quality standards, including customer requirements
• Maintain material batch and manufacturer traceability information
• Issue Discrepancy Reports and assisting in the resolution of customer complaints and Supplier quality problems
• Document and record non-conformance process issues concerning business operations
• Represent the Quality Management Department during internal meetings, working committees and modification programs
