Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality assurance activities as part of the national practice programme.
• Lead practice improvement workshops and briefings for Probation Officers and Senior Probation Officers.
• Support re-launch of SEEDS and its deployment in practice.
• Undertake audits, provide analysis and feed into local improvement plans.
• Collaborate with local managers to plan quality improvement in clusters.
