Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a Quality and Good Practice Coordinator in Stockport to support the Executive team and Board Quality Committee. The role involves governance oversight, data analysis, and report writing, with some PA duties for the Director of Quality.

You will join the Quality Department at the national head office, participate in coproduction initiatives with lived experience, and travel nationally with occasional evening/weekend work. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and office-based skills
• Experience in social care or related fields
• Experience with vulnerable adults is beneficial
• Interest in coproduction and working with people with lived experience
• Willingness to travel nationally and work evenings/weekends when required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and steer areas of social care governance
• Prepare reports for analysis for quality committees
• Facilitate and report to the Board Quality and Practice committee
• Support the Director of Quality with PA responsibilities
• Collaborate with the national coproduction forums and Inclusivity in Governance work streams
