Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience conducting audits, data analysis, and implementing improvement plans.
• Professional certification in quality management is desirable.
• Experience in ICT infrastructure, construction, or data centre environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve the QMS across design, delivery and operations.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and client-specific requirements compliance.
• Monitor processes and benchmark performance against quality targets.
• Conduct audits and inspections, focusing on site installation quality.
• Lead and mentor teams on quality principles and accountability.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality procedures and tools.
• Analyse performance metrics and report trends to inform decisions.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Engage early with Planning to align QSOs/ATPs with capability.
