Qualifications
- Significant experience leading Quality Engineering in software testing and Digital Assurance.
- Strong understanding of AI in software testing and governance.
- Experience shaping proposals, bids and strategic client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across modern Quality Engineering practices.
- Own and evolve capability strategy, roadmap and service portfolio.
- Lead pre-sales activities and shape client solutions.
- Act as a senior advisor on AI integration and assurance.
- Develop career paths and foster talent within the practice.
- Drive innovation and accelerators for AI in Digital Assurance.
